The Company (through its 51.0% - owned subsidiary, Shenyang Automotive) manufactures and sells all of its sedans under the "Zhonghua", "Zunchi", "Junjie" and "Kubao" (coupe) brand name in China. The "Zhonghua" sedan was designed by Italdesign and was formally launched in the Chinese sedan market in August 2002. The "Zunchi" sedan is designed for the mid-priced sedan market segments, including governmental institutions, businesses and individual users in China. The sedan models include the 1.8 liter, 2.0 liter and 2.4 liter manual transmission or automatic transmission. The "Zunchi" sedans can also be modified for use as taxis, police cars and other specialty sedans. The "Zunchi" sedan, design modified by Pininfarina, was the "face-lift" version of the original "Zhonghua" sedan. The "Junjie" sedan features a 1.6 liter, 1.8 liter or 2.0 liter engine with manual or automatic transmission. The "Kubao" coupe is designed by Porsche with certain other components being designed by Shenyang Automotive. The "Kubao" sedan features a 1.8 liter engine with manual or automatic transmission. The Group's self-developed 1.8T engines are now installed in some of the "Zunchi" and "Junjie" sedans, as well as the "Kubao" coupe. The newly launched "Junjie FRV", is designed by Italdesign-Giugiaro S.P.A with certain components being designed by Shenyang Automotive. The "Junjie FRV" is a manual or automatic transmission vehicle with a 1.6 liter engine.
