The Company (through its 51% owned subsidiary, Renault Brilliance Jinbei Automotive Co., Ltd. (“RBJAC”, formerly known as Shenyang Brilliance JinBei Automobile Co., Ltd.)) manufactures and sells its minibuses in a variety of models in China. The Group's principal minibus products are the deluxe minibus and the mid-priced minibus. The production of “JinBei” branded products commenced in 1991, till now they are sold under three platforms, namely “Haise”, “Grand Haise” and “Granse”, with hundreds of models covering the passenger and commercial car segments. The new premium MPV model, under the new brand Huasong, was launched to the market at the end of 2014. Certain special purposes vehicles, including but not limited to, police cars, ambulances and public services vehicles are also sold. Following Renault SAS becoming a shareholder of RBJAC in January 2018, it is planned that RBJAC will engage in the manufacture and sale of LCV products under the JinBei, Renault and Huasong brands. RBJAC is pushing forward with the development of new products such as the Renault Master model and a new JinBei product.
本公司（透過其持有51% 的附屬公司華晨雷諾金杯汽車有限公司 (「華晨雷諾」,前稱瀋陽華晨金杯汽車有限公司)）在中國製造及銷售多種型號輕型客車。本集團的主要輕型客車產品是豪華輕型客車和中價輕型客車。“金杯”品牌產品於一九九一年開始投產，至今已擁有海獅、大海獅和閣瑞斯三大整車平台、百餘款車型，覆蓋乘用車和商用車汽車分部。於二零一四年底華頌新品牌新豪華多用途汽車型號推出市場。此外亦銷售若干特種車，包括但不限於警車、救護車和公務車輛等。於2018年1月Renault SAS (雷諾)成為華晨雷諾之股東後，華晨雷諾計劃透過金杯、雷諾及華頌之品牌從事製造及銷售LCV產品之業務。華晨雷諾正推動Renault Master型號及一項全新金杯產品等新產品之開發。 |
